A. In general, it depends on the photographer's wishes; best policy is to contact the original photographer. As far as my photographs go, you may use them for your own personal use so long as they are credited to me--but you may not print and sell them for profit.
Q: Can anyone post photographs on this page?
A: Absolutely! If you wish to post a photograph on this page, please e-mail me (see my contact information here) and send me the picture(s) you wish to post, along with any information you may wish to include in your post. My only guidelines for photo submissions are:
- Obviously the photo must be black and white--I will, however, post sepia-tinted photos.
- The photo must not violate any copyright laws--if I find out that it does, it will be removed immediately.
- The photo must not contain any offensive subject matter. Specifically, nude photos will not be posted, photos depicting gore or violence will not be posted, anything that looks like it's from a porn/shock website will not be posted, and child pornography will not be posted (I will contact the authorities immediately if I receive any child pornography).
